his name is the latin rendering for 'outis,' greek for "nobody." no one knows anything about him unless he wants them to know and even then it's probably not the truth. he's clearly some kind of criminal and is as slippery as they come, blessed (or cursed) with the talent of answering questions without really saying anything. Yet on the other hand, he seems like such an an open person. He's jocular and given to laughter, which sounds nice until you find out he's equally susceptible to violence.
